Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand our value proposition, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities Engage with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM platforms. Understand customer needs and explain the Isomeds value proposition Follow up on inquiries and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth lead management and customer onboarding. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements 1+ years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong communication and persuasion skills—spoken and written. Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. Reasonable English and Hindi proficiency. Any other local language is a plus.
