We’re Hiring: Sales Executives (Freshers & Experienced) Location: Thane Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0 to 2 years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience and performance) Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails. Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to stock market investments. Sales Execution: Route qualified opportunities to senior sales executives for further development and closure. Market Research: Stay updated on stock market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty. Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Experience in sales, preferably in financial services or stock marketing. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
