We are hiring Tele sales executives for a reputed company Location : Mumbai , Thane , Pune , Ahmedabad , Punjab Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing customers. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Upsell, cross-sell, and renew services where applicable. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress. Follow company policies and scripts to ensure compliance and quality standards. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound sales, renewals, or upselling Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. Basic computer skills to manage CRM tools and maintain records. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
