Job Title: Telecalling Executive Location: 1/79-123, 1st Floor, Sabari Nagar, Mount Poonamallee Road, Mugalivakkam, Near - Ganga Sweets, Chennai - 600 116. Department: Client Relations & Tele Calling Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring trust and long-term engagement. Proactively communicate with clients, providing updates on investment opportunities and market trends (basic stock market knowledge preferred). Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Business Growth & Lead Generation Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs (no pressure sales). Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and proactive client engagement. Contribute to the overall expansion of the client base and revenue growth. 3. Customer Support & Problem-Solving Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client issues in a timely manner. Provide guidance on financial products and services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all interactions are documented.
