Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, stock exchange norms, and internal policies. Monitor risk management measures and trade activities to prevent discrepancies. Maintain necessary records and documentation for regulatory compliance. 5. Market Research & Strategy Development Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and industry changes. Analyse market conditions and provide clients with investment opportunities. Work closely with the research team to deliver strategic insights to clients. Key Skills: ✔ Strong knowledge of stock markets, financial instruments, and trading platforms. ✔ Excellent leadership and team management abilities. ✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. ✔ Understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks. ✔ Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. ✔ Proficiency in CRM software, trading platforms, and financial tools.
