Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls & receive inbound calls of prospective customers and promote company products/services. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information. Maintain customer databases and call records. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer objections effectively and professionally. Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement. Requirements: Gender: Female Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (Any stream) Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an added advantage. Excellent verbal communication in [e.g., Hindi, English, Odia]. Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Ability to handle pressure and work independently or in a team.
