Job Description

Minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent. Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language. Customer-centric approach with a friendly and engaging demeanor. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with basic computer applications. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Understanding of the educational industry and study abroad services is a plus
