Job Opening: Telecaller Company: Creative Future Consulenza Location: Ground Floor, First Office, Vasal Mall, Jalandhar Email: creativefuturegroup15@gmail.com Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Description: We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Creative Future Consulenza . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to potential students/clients and providing them with information about study visa and immigration services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with interested clients. Explain visa processes and services to potential students or clients. Maintain call records and daily follow-up reports. Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to counselors. Handle inquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
