Job Summary : The candidate is responsible for overseeing and managing the organizations IT Infrastructure and Application Production Support function. This role involves overseeing the infrastructure and technology Operations - this includes Change Management, Incident Management, Infrastructure Compliance, Monitoring and high availability of critical IT systems (Viz. servers, network, database, Infra). Ensure reliability, scalability, security and performance of IT systems and applications to meet business needs. Preferred candidate profile : Criticality & Risk mitigation - role involves resolving high-priority incidents ensuring minimal business disruptions in prod environment needs decision-making in pressure situation and mitigates risk proactively. Operational Complexity with 30+ applications and 200+ servers, the role needs expertise in root cause analysis, incident & change management Stakeholder management Collaborate with seniors to ensure SLA adherence while coordinating across multiple team leads Core Competencies 1. Core areas of expertise include Technology Operations, Change Management, Incident Management, Infrastructure Compliance, High Availability of critical IT systems. 2. Highly skilled in Technology operations (Production Support), Database Management, Data (MIS) Management, Application upgrade and migration, DB upgrade and migration, DB Administration, Architecture design, DR setup and DR drill. 3. Adept at resolving problems (Technical, Management) across boundaries 4. Manage end-to-end production support to ensure high availability for all critical application like LOS, LMS, Onboarding, Collections and surrounding applications for an NBFC or BFSI Domain 5. Manage proactive maintenance, proactive monitoring, upgrade, migrations activities 6. Manage greenfield implementation of DR setup, making DR setup in sync and conducting DR drill. 7. Compliance and Audit of Infrastructure Technology Operations 8. Manage end to end life cycle of Change Management for all applications. 9. Managed a team for addressing the Level 1 and Level 2 issues raised. 10. Strong understanding of Infrastructure technologies including server, storage, networking (Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancer, DC network) DB, Monitoring tool and OS Platform. Workdays: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday is off) Interview will be conducted In-person at the given address from 6th to 15th March 2025
