Key responsibilities: To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirementsand ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes Ability to demonstrate product and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technicalknowledge Candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills Candidate must have good experience in creating collateral presentations, service offering and capability documents as part of IT security services Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internalstakeholders Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams withtechnical explanations Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provideinput around new products Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keepingcolleagues updated on activities Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and developmentframe work Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer Prepare comparison documents against competitors Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bidreviews, project forecasts, KPI's Adhere to the Company's Quality and Business Processes To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technicaldocumentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, toensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery Required skillset: 8 to 12 years of hands on experiencein IT security products and services like email security, EDR/XDR, Vulnerability management, MDM, MAM, Email archival, web security, CASB, DLP In depth working knowledge of TCP/IP v4 and an understanding of TCP/IP v6. Strong interest in Internet technologies (routing, switching and general networkinfrastructure) Comfortable working with hosting technologies including Windows and Linux based serversystems, network storage systems and data centre services, vmware, hypervisor etc. Working knowledge on Security Products and Solutions such as UTM, Firewalls, DLP, EmailSecurity, Antivirus & Antispam Solution, MDM Solution Knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policies Knowledge of MSSQL Basic Installation & Management
