Job Description

Role & responsibilities Generating secondary sales through best in shop visibility and availability. Developing and maintaining good relationship in the trade and giving value addition to the customer and consumer. Ensuring increased distribution coverage and merchandising of Del Montes brands. Identifying distributors. Ensuring proper coverage of the outlets in the area assigned to the distributor. Managing distributors salesmen. Ensuring FIFO in distributors warehouse and outlets. To understand the salience of the outlets for the products. To track high volume and image driven outlets. Negotiating with the customers and intervening in the operational issues. Building relationships with clients and customers. Registering and following-up consumer complaints. Executing the Sales budget and assisting the Area Sales Manager in sales forecasting. Ensuring timely reporting to the senior. Working and coordinating teams to produce results by splitting targets within the team. Training of distributor salesmen and logistics staff. Training them to gather relevant information for reporting. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should completed any graduation. Work Experience into GT for 7-8 Years in FMCG Only.
