Executive - SCM (Indirect Procurement)

Job Description

This role focuses on negotiating contracts, developing supplier networks, ensuring timely material delivery, and driving procurement excellence . The ideal candidate will collaborate with business functions, ensure policy compliance, and enhance supply chain efficiency through data-driven decision-making Role & responsibilities: Strategic Procurement & Cost Optimization Benchmark and negotiate contracts/commercials for materials and services Develop alternate suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity Operational Excellence & Compliance Ensure timely delivery of materials/services as per business needs Conduct e-procurement events and drive process improvements Ensure adherence to Del Monte's Procurement Policy Educate user functions on procurement policies and P2P processes Identify and report any procurement process deviations, implementing corrective actions Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting Create effective reporting/dashboards to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency Leverage data analytics to optimize procurement decisions Collaboration & Ownership Work closely with business teams to understand needs and deliver results Take accountability for procurement processes and contribute to team success Preferred candidate profile Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement tools will be an added advantage.
