Growexx is seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our analytics platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver new features and enhancements Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions Key Skills Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java) Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred: Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Plotly) Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, or big data technologie Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Exposure to machine learning or AI-driven applications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of professional software development experience Analytical and Personal skills Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills Ability to break big goals to small incremental actions Excellent Communication skills in English – both written and verbal Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work Great attention to details Self-Criticizing Demonstrate ownership of tasks Positive and Cheerful outlook in life
