Project Role: Service Management Lead Project Role Description: Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services, coordinating through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of network operations services, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations. This role involves coordinating projects, managing contracts, and facilitating shared service operations while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to enhance performance. Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to immediate challenges. Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services effectively. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. Oversee the network operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring. Continuously improve network operations processes and procedures to align with best practices. Identify and implement process enhancements for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. Strong understanding of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Experience with network security technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs). Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios). Good-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Hands-on experience implementing machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, decision trees). Key Qualifications: Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning and normalization. Understanding of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF). Experience with network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, load balancers). Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures related to incident, problem, and change management. Additional Information: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
