Senior Manager, Compliance, Quality & MIS Automation Position Objectives: As the Senior Manager of Compliance, Quality, and MIS Automation, you will be pivotal in ensuring the organizations adherence to regulatory and internal standards, driving continuous quality improvement, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven insights. This role aims to establish robust compliance frameworks, elevate service and process quality, and empower leadership with real-time, accurate information through advanced dashboard creation and automation of Management Information Systems (MIS). You will champion a culture of compliance, excellence, and data-informed decision-making, safeguarding the companys reputation, minimizing risks, and optimizing business performance. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence across all operational areas. Stay abreast of evolving regulations and standards, proactively updating internal policies and training programs as necessary. Collaborate with legal, internal audit, and other departments to address compliance issues and ensure timely resolution. Lead the development and delivery of compliance training and awareness initiatives for all relevant stakeholders. Quality Assurance & Improvement: Establish and oversee quality management systems, including the development of quality metrics, standards, and control processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Conduct regular quality reviews and audits of processes, services, and products to ensure consistent delivery of high standards. Foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization, promoting best practices and employee engagement in quality initiatives. Manage customer feedback mechanisms related to quality and ensure effective resolution of quality-related concerns. Dashboard Creation & MIS Automation: Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for compliance, quality, and operational efficiency. Automate the collection, processing, and reporting of Management Information Systems (MIS) data, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy and timeliness. Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to present complex information in an easily understandable and actionable format for various stakeholders, including senior leadership. Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate data from disparate sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency for reporting purposes. Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard utilization and MIS reports, fostering data literacy within the organization. Leadership & Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations related to compliance, quality, and data analytics. Manage and mentor a team of compliance and quality professionals, fostering their growth and development. Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all matters related to compliance, quality, and MIS automation. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated approaches to risk management, quality improvement, and data utilization. Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Quality Management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. 10-15 years of progressive experience in compliance, quality management, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior management role. Proven experience in designing and implementing compliance programs and quality management systems. Strong technical proficiency in dashboard creation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) and experience with MIS automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python) or other relevant technologies. In-depth knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean principles). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering initiatives on time and within budget. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team building, coaching, and performance management. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Looker Studio). Category: Operations Group
