Job description Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through headhunting techniques to fill open positions within the organization. Responsible for end to end recruitment for BFSI Domain (Life Insurance) Responsible for handling positions for Life Insurance clients for Agency channel (preferred) along with Banca & Direct. Manage client relationships by providing exceptional service, ensuring timely communication, and delivering results-driven solutions. Develop strong understanding of clients' needs through effective consultation and coordination to provide tailored recruitment services. Utilize various channels such as job postings on social media platforms to attract candidates for open roles. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for successful talent acquisition. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy. Should be minimum 12th pass. Graduation any stream Strong client handling skills with ability to build long-term relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Proven track record of success in headhunting and filling critical roles.
