Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine approaches. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management. Mentor and support junior business development staff as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 4–7+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and pipeline management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with mid-to-large enterprises. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in [Industry –manufacturing]. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
