Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Architect with a strong background in building construction to lead the design and execution of architectural projects. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Required Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Construction Management – Preferred Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture with a focus on building construction. Proven leadership in delivering complete projects in residential, commercial, or institutional sectors. Strong portfolio demonstrating design innovation and technical proficiency. Core Skills & Competencies: Expertise in design principles, construction methods, and detailing. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and other visualization tools. Preferred Additional Skills: Familiarity with design-build/turnkey project delivery models. Knowledge of 3D rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, V-Ray). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
