Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at justGifts located in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for cold calls, client communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. Qualifications Excellent spoken, written communication and customer service skills Previous experience in B2B sales and sales management is a plus Self-training skills to educate yourself on skill development Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of CRM software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
