We are looking for energetic and persuasive Sales Executives who are passionate about selling and want to earn based on performance. This is a pure incentive-based opportunity – the more you sell, the more you earn! Anyone who wants to earn extra income through flexible sales work in the wellness & beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell our Weight loss product plans, skincare & haircare products plan Reach out to potential customers via calls & Whatsapp messages. Explain product benefits and usage to customers. Close sales and meet monthly sales targets. Report daily/weekly performance to the team lead. Requirements: Strong communication and convincing skills Confidence in speaking with people (English or Hindi) Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset Sales experience is a plus but not required Attractive incentives on every sale (no fixed salary) Complete training and product support High earnings potential – no cap on incentives Certificate and recognition for top performers
