Job Description

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products and services. Sales Conversion: Generate leads and convert them into sales by effectively persuading customers of the benefits of our offerings. Customer Relationship Management: : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Product Knowledge:Stay updated with product knowledge to handle customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate information. Data Entry Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales objectives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Education: Graduation in IT preferred. Skills: Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Attitude: Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-driven. Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Competitive salary structure with performance-based incentives.
