Role & responsibilities Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated territory or market segment. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present tailored media solutions to potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and post-sale. Ensure clients' needs are met and provide exceptional customer service. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive media sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Customize media packages to meet client objectives and budget, showcasing the value of the products/services. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. Continuously enhance knowledge of the companys media offerings, including advertising solutions across digital, print, and broadcast. Sales Reporting and Tracking: Accurately track and report sales activities, progress, and forecasts. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Category head or Unit Head. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality advertising campaigns. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of media plans and campaigns. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in media sales, advertising, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of digital media platforms, social media, and advertising technologies is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software, and media planning tools.
