The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating persuasive and engaging content to support the sales team in pitching and promoting advertising solutions to potential clients. The role requires a strong command of both English and Hindi, with excellent Hindi typing skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop compelling ad copies, sales pitches, proposals and promotional materials in Hindi and English. Write scripts and write up for ad campaigns tailored to various client needs. Create success stories, and brand narratives to highlight the effectiveness of advertising solutions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft persuasive content for brochures, emails, social media, and other marketing collateral. Research industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance content effectiveness . Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and strategic objectives. Work with graphic designers and video editors to ensure content is visually appealing and engaging. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness in all written material. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field . Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or ad writing , preferably in a media or advertising environment. Proficiency in Hindi typing (speed and accuracy required) along with strong command of Hindi grammar and vocabulary. Creativity in crafting engaging and persuasive content for different advertising formats. Familiarity with advertising, sales, and digital marketing trends . Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task across various projects . Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
