Location: Delhi, India Job Type: Full Time Experience: 1–3 years Joining : Immediate Role & Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries from leads and potential clients. Convert potential queries into clients for luxury car rentals (B2C and B2B) Handle inbound leads from our website, social media platforms and walk-ins with a consultative sales approach Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, hotels and travel agencies Manage the complete sales cycle — inquiries, pricing, availability checks, bookings and post-sale services Ensure accurate record-keeping on CRM tools and prepare sales reports Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate delivery and ensure smooth customer experience Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or any related field 1–3 years of experience in luxury sales, hospitality, travel or automotive industry Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Customer-first attitude with a premium service mindset Proficiency in English and local language (spoken & written) Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and email usage.
