Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Financial Performance • Drive and monitor the Profit Before Interest and Tax (PBIT) of the stores under your region to achieve profitability targets. • Increase sales from High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers. • Boost sales of new products and Coromandel-exclusive/unique fertilizer grades. 2. Business Expansion • Expand sales in Focus Services and E-Commerce channels as per the Business Plan. • Drive growth through targeted promotional activities aligned with marketing strategies. 3. Operational Excellence • Ensure all employees in your region are sensitised on safety protocols to maintain a zero-fatality environment. • Maintain high standards of store hygiene and adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines. • Monitor inventory health, focusing on reducing non-moving inventory older than 180 days. 4. Compliance & Customer Satisfaction • Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements across stores. • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty within your territory.
