Job Title: Crop Advisor Company: Coromandel International Limited Location: Maharashtra Job Summary: We are seeking a Crop Advisor to provide expert guidance on crop nutrition, pest control, and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) for farmers. The role involves handling customer queries, complaint resolution, data analysis, and content development in Marathi. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Address technical queries from farmers and field staff via inbound calls. Complaint Handling: Resolve customer complaints, document issues, and escalate as needed. Churn Analysis: Conduct outbound calls to identify and address customer churn reasons. Survey & Analysis: Conduct product and customer satisfaction surveys, analyze data, and report findings. Content Development: Create and translate promotional material and voice SMS content in Marathi. Qualifications & Skills: Education: M.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy/Soil Science/Plant Protection/Horticulture preferred). Experience: 1-2 years in Fertilizer/Pesticide companies. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of crop nutrition, pest control, and agricultural best practices. Skills: Excellent communication (Marathi & English), MS Office proficiency, adaptability, and problem-solving. Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and competency.
