Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Other daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs, implementing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. Qualifications Strong skills in screening resumes and conducting interviews Experience in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies Proficiency in candidate management and ensuring a positive candidate experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with recruitment tools and software Experience in the human resources or recruitment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
