Exp: 5 to 8 Years Location: Bangalore Skills: Manual & Automation Testing, Jmeter & Selenium Role Responsibilities Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. Review requirements specifications and technical design documents. Develop automated test scripts and enhance frameworks. Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot software issues. Perform regression testing for software updates. Conduct performance testing to ensure application efficiency. Participate in code reviews and testing process improvements. Analyze testing results and provide meaningful reports. Ensure compliance with testing standards and documentation. Communicate effectively with team members regarding quality issues. Research and suggest new testing tools and processes. Facilitate testing in Agile development cycles. Maintain test environments and ensure quality standards. Deliver testing feedback to improve product design. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes. Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python. Experience in API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and reports. Knowledge of SQL and databases for test data management. Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with performance testing tools is a plus. Certifications in quality assurance are preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
