Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Uttarakhand, India. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities include managing the production team, optimizing processes, monitoring equipment performance, and implementing safety protocols. This role also involves coordinating with other departments and maintaining compliance with industry regulations to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. Qualifications Experience in production management, process optimization, and quality control Knowledge of dry-type transformer manufacturing and the UPS industry Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in production planning and scheduling Ability to implement and monitor safety protocols Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Experience with IEC standards and compliance is a plus Show more Show less
