As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge web applications using PHP/Laravel. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable backend systems using PHP/Laravel. Lead the development of new features, APIs, and services, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, QA, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and stability. Implement security best practices, ensuring data protection and compliance. Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise and promoting knowledge sharing. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and improving code quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Laravel ecosystem developments. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge bases.
