TCS Hiring for Network Security Engineer Experience Range: - 08 To 10 Yrs Job Locations : Hyderabad & Noida Job Description Responsible for deployment and operations of large-scale enterprise network security infrastructure including Firewall, IPS/IDS, Content filtering, Load balancer, VPN infrastructure Responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks, checklists and performing scheduled activities assigned and Network Security project implementations Attending to the tickets assigned to the queue, adhering to the Incident & change management process Supporting services as per defined process & guidelines adhering to compliance Ensure all audit required data are captured with respect to task executed Contribute to the various technology documentation e.g. SOPs, design & configuration documents, project & SIP (Service Improvement Plan) reports. Update the knowledge on new trends and technologies, acquire cross functional skills and share knowledge with the team. Lifecycle management of products/services-includes inventory management, contract management, design documents, SOP creation, incident management, problem management and service reporting (performance, capacity and availability), Audit and process compliance and participate in Internal and External Audits. Network Security Documentation, review and periodic updates Ready to work on 24*7 environment Primary Skills Sound understanding of Networking and Network Security Technologies. Hands on experience of Cisco s Routers, Switches Hands on experience of Firewalls (Palo Alto), VPN Technologies. Experience in managing on Load Balancers/reverse proxy/Web application firewall. Experience in audits and process compliance Key Responsibilities: 1; Provide day to day operational support for the Infrastructure Security Management Service 2; Quickly respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for client issues 3; Should be able to meet the defined SLAs for service delivery signed by the client’s 4; Vendor management to support Infrastructure security infrastructure 5; Handle troubleshooting and diagnosis to find root cause of incident 6; Implements security solutions infrastructure Technical Experience: 1; Strong experience working on implementation, configuration and administration of NextGen Firewalls ie PaloAlto, 2; Excellent Hands-on experience on implementation, configuration and administration of Proxy services 3; Team management Incident handling skills, use case management, risk assessment Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Disclaimer: We encourage you to register at www.tcs.com/careers for exploring an exciting career with TCS.
