About the Role : The Lead Industrial Network Engineer consults, designs, and deploys industrial and field networking technologies for the enterprise. The role involves working with cutting-edge technology and engaging in global and BU projects, including mergers and divestitures. You will develop and implement solutions and processes to maintain the security, reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of the network. You will analyze network security needs and designs solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities : Technical Breadth - Strong technical knowledge and experience with consulting, designing, and deploying industrial and field networking concepts, infrastructure components, and security technologies, including: Indoor & outdoor Aruba wireless Public and private 4/5G LTE 2-way radio systems VSAT and LEO satellites RF tech – microwave, LoRaWAN, radios Communication tower system design and documentation Routing, switching, & firewalls Basic proficiency in scripting and automation Collaboration and Deliver Results Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment, collaborating across functions to verify requirements and align on business objectives. Excellent verbal and written communications. Demonstrated ability to define and deliver results. Strong ability to proactively engage with others to define and execute desired results.
