Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neoload Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performance testing using Neoload technology. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications through comprehensive testing methodologies. Must Have: Expert in writing performance test plan and strategy, large dataset generation techniques in designing perf tests, Lead triage calls and troubleshooting exercises Expert in understanding complex architecture of end to end systems, collaborate with cross functional teams, derive NFRs and workload model Strong scripting skills with Neoload tools, both UI and API based scripting Strong hands on dynatrace and splunk and other log monitoring tools Strong hands on Java microservice performance engineering, kafka and sql / no-sql DB performance Excellent communication skills Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in performance engineering Nice to have: Experience with Jenkins/Harness pipeline creation and integration. Knowledge on EKS, AWS and capacity planning for nodes/containers. Knowledge on Linux and Kubernetes. Ability to lead performance center of excellence for the organization
