Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS Lambda , along with a strong understanding of cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and scalable backend systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js . Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable backend solutions. Work with MongoDB , including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning. Deploy and manage serverless functions using AWS Lambda and other AWS services. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of backend services. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues in production systems. Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and monitoring. Required Skills Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js . Strong expertise in MongoDB (NoSQL databases), including indexing and optimization techniques. Extensive experience in AWS Lambda , API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and other AWS services. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven development. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL. Proficiency with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.). Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
