Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strategic partnerships with Microsoft to drive business growth. Leverage Microsoft's partner ecosystem to enhance alliances, joint go-to-market strategies, and co-sell opportunities. Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with Microsoft's offerings. Manage Microsoft partner programs, incentives, certifications, and compliance requirements. Identify and drive collaborative opportunities with Microsoft to expand business solutions and service offerings. Act as a liaison between Bizmetric and Microsoft teams to ensure strong collaboration and relationship management. Stay updated on Microsoft technologies, programs, and market trends to provide strategic insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Microsoft partnership management, alliances, or business development. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, etc.). Ability to navigate Microsoft's partner ecosystem, certifications, and incentive programs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within the partnership. Experience working in a technology consulting or IT services environment is a plus.
