Description
We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to build scalable and high-performance web applications. This role requires strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, API integration, and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Collaborate with UI/UX designers and team members to translate wireframes and designs into responsive and interactive web interfaces. Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to extend application functionality. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices. Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs across the stack. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team workflows and code quality. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Required Qualifications 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in web application development using the MERN stack . Strong proficiency in React.js , Redux , and modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. In-depth experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end development. Proficient in working with MongoDB , including schema design and data modeling. Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs . Familiarity with version control systems like Git , and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for cross-browser compatibility. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an agile and fast-paced team environment. Must-Have Skills Proven expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node). Solid understanding of front-end and back-end architecture. Strong command over writing efficient and testable code. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deployment processes. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with GraphQL and WebSocket . Knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools. Familiarity with alternative state management tools like MobX or Context API .
