Location : Calicut Job type : Full time Salary : 25k -30k + Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and generate measurable results for both our in-house projects and client campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop integrated marketing strategies for both internal branding and client projects. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to drive innovation. Build effective digital and offline campaigns to meet lead generation and conversion goals. Collaborate with creative, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI. Oversee the execution of campaigns across platforms including SEO, PPC, email, social media, influencer marketing, and more. Present campaign proposals and reports to internal teams and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media strategy. Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, and content strategy. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar. Creative thinking combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. Great leadership skill Preferred Qualities: Experience working in a media/creative/digital agency. Knowledge of influencer marketing and content partnerships.
