What Youll Be Doing Create short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn that reflect our brand personality Run and grow our social media presence —plan, post, and engage across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Track content trends and jump on them fast to keep our brand ahead of the curve Contribute fresh ideas for brand awareness and content campaigns Write crisp copy and captions for posts and videos Assist in analyzing what’s working—learn from the numbers Help plan and promote community events, webinars, and workshops (both online and offline) Be part of the execution team for events—help with coordination, promotion, and content creation before/during/after What We’re Looking For Strong communication and storytelling skills A great sense of social media platforms and how content performs differently on each Hands-on with editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite You love experimenting with content—memes, voiceovers, behind-the-scenes, you name it Comfortable managing tasks independently and working in fast-paced environments Bonus if you’ve run a personal brand or community before (even as a side project)
