Job Title: Outlet Manager – Kakkanad Company: Amma’s Pastries Location: Kakkanad, Ernakulam Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage/Retail Job Description: Amma’s Pastries is seeking a dynamic and responsible Outlet Manager for our Kakkanad outlet. The ideal candidate will lead the outlet team, ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high customer service standards, and achieve operational excellence in line with brand values. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the Kakkanad outlet Supervise outlet staff and ensure adherence to company SOPs Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards Handle inventory control, billing, and daily sales reporting Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Manage staffing, training, and scheduling Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for stock availability Maintain display standards for pastries, cakes, and frozen items Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly Monitor outlet expenses and assist in cost control Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role (F&B/Retail) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS billing systems Fluent in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred) Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment Passionate about customer service and food quality What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Professional growth opportunities within Amma’s Pastries Supportive and dynamic work culture How to Apply: Submit your updated resume via Indeed or email to sreerag@ammaspastries.in with the subject "Outlet Manager – Kakkanad Application" .
