Job Description: Coordinator and Administrator Position: Coordinator and Administrator Location: Ahmedabad Type: Full-Time Travel Requirement: Once a week About: Part of the promoter group of Desai Ventures, Shaival Transport LLP, is a dynamic transport company specializing in long-haul transportation services, with a strong focus on the safe and efficient transport of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). Our mission is to provide reliable and customer-centric solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance in the industry. We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Coordinator and Administrator. Key Responsibilities: Coordination: Facilitate and manage daily operations for long-haul transportation activities, including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and communication with drivers and clients. Administration: Oversee and maintain records such as trip logs, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and compliance documents. Data Management: Prepare, analyze, and manage reports using Excel, ensuring accurate tracking of metrics like delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and fleet performance. Travel: Conduct site visits, meet clients, and manage on-ground logistics to ensure smooth operations. Client and Team Communication: Serve as a key contact point for clients, drivers, and team members, providing updates and resolving issues effectively. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies while maintaining detailed records for audits and internal use. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (required). Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Gujarati and have good command of English and Hindi. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge preferred). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, drivers, and stakeholders effectively. Travel: Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
