What You’ll Touch (Hands-On, Not Just Docs) Session Border Controllers (SBCs) used in live VoIP environments Carrier-grade PBX systems like Bicom PBXware Proxmox and VMware clusters powering scalable infrastructure Custom-built telecom software (built in-house) Real SIP routing, call flows, failover testing, VM provisioning, and more You’ll jump into live systems, help improve our stack, and even get your hands dirty with infra, logic, code, and networks — whatever excites you most. What We're Looking For: Freshers with fire – we want curiosity, obsession, and enthusiasm Interest in telecom, networking, Linux, APIs , or virtualization Willing to explore everything and then choose your path later Some exposure to Python/Bash/Linux is great, but not mandatory No resume full of buzzwords needed. Just prove you're sharp and ready to learn, and we'll show you a world that no course or big MNC job will.
