To know more visit https://settlin.in Roles and Responsibilities: Legal and Documentation Support: • Educate buyers and sellers on the entire resale property transaction process, including documentation and legal steps. • Execute and manage property transaction processes from start to finish. • Handle complete coordination for bank loan procurement processes. • Coordinate TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) formalities related to the sale. • Manage and complete documentation work at Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs). • Liaison with SROs and government officials for process management. • Coordinate with third-party lawyers for legal opinions, verify their feedback, and procure documents needed for resolution. Customer Relationship & Support: • Act as a point of contact for both sellers and buyers throughout the transaction process. • Resolve customer queries and perform timely follow-ups. • Maintain detailed customer records and documentation files in an organized and systematic manner. • Generate reports related to Revenue collection and customer progress. Mandatory Requirements: • 0–1 year of experience in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or legal documentation role (freshers with relevant skills are welcome). • In-depth knowledge of property-related documents and legal formalities involved in resale property transactions. • Good understanding of home loan procedures with various banks for resale properties. • Fluency in Kannada (Read and Speak) is essential, along with strong command over English.
