Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Quality Auditor to join our Quality Assurance team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality auditing within the dairy industry, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Audit Execution: Conduct regular and ad-hoc quality audits across dairy production processes, including milk collection, processing, and packaging. Identify non-conformities and areas for improvement, documenting findings accurately. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP. Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP). Corrective & Preventive Actions: Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and recommend further improvements as necessary. Training & Development: Provide training sessions to staff on quality standards, audit procedures, and best practices. Promote awareness and adherence to quality policies throughout the organization. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of quality management systems and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and quality enhancement. Qualifications : Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science & Technology, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality auditing within the dairy industry. Certifications : Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor - CQA) is advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
