Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the dairy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the dairy industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive business growth in the Jabalpur region. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dairy industry. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development within the dairy industry. Skills: Strong understanding of the dairy market and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
