Job Description

Manually record all incoming and outgoing stock, including date, item details, quantity, and relevant remarks. Maintain physical registers or stockbooks with accuracy and neatness. Conduct daily/weekly physical stock checks and reconcile with manual records. Report discrepancies or shortages immediately to the supervisor. Coordinate with warehouse/yard staff for real-time updates on stock movement. Ensure all documentation is properly filed and stored for future verification or audits. Assist in preparing monthly stock reports or summaries based on manual records. Follow strict protocol for stock check-in/check-out to avoid misplacement or theft.
