As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our business in the competitive logistics sector. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in international sales, particularly in the American and European markets . The primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving consistent sales growth for our logistics services in USA. Note: Apply only if you are comfortable working the night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST). Roles and Responsibilities Market Research & Database Creation Conduct thorough research on potential B2B customers in the U.S. and European markets. Build and maintain a cold calling database targeting relevant industry segments. Cold Calling Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calls. Pitch our logistics solutions, provide quotes, and schedule appointments to convert leads into customers. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging market intelligence and outbound sales tactics. Build a strong pipeline through outreach efforts. Account Management Oversee shipment closures, monitor payment status, manage overdue accounts, and follow up diligently to ensure client satisfaction and business continuity. Customer Retention & Growth Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordination & Communication Serve as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication across internal and external stakeholders.
