Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process to help new hires integrate smoothly. Help maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR-related initiatives. Provide administrative support on ongoing HR projects and daily tasks. Use Google Docs and Google Sheets for managing HR data and creating reports. What We’re Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets). Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. Basic understanding of HR concepts and functions. A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
