About the Role: Swiggy is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and optimize our blue-collar workforce operations across multiple locations. This role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations related to attendance, attrition, absenteeism, payroll, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1.Oversee recruitment, deployment, and exit processes for blue-collar employees. 2.Monitor and manage attendance, addressing absenteeism issues promptly. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and address grievances. 3.Handle payroll queries, calculate incentives, and ensure timely payouts. 4.Maintain accurate records and share regular reports with stakeholders. Required Experience & Skills: 1.Graduate/Post-graduate in Human Resource Management or MSW. 2.1to 5 years in blue-collar manpower management. 3.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 4.Strong communication skills in English and a regional language. 5.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
