ACTIVELY HIRING HR RECRUITERS FOR ACE ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GHATKESAR (FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED) We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a HR Recruiter with an experience of 1-2 years in IT Non IT recruitment. For this role, you need hands-on experience on Job-boards like Naukri, Linkedin etc to meet our Organization s goals. Roles and Responsibilities: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms to attract potential candidates. Employ advanced sourcing techniques such as X-ray search and Boolean search strings to identify both active and passive candidates. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, ensuring alignment with job requirements. Conduct initial screenings (phone or virtual) to evaluate candidates communication skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer relevant skills assessments or tests to evaluate candidates competencies when required. Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide candidates with detailed information about the interview process and logistics, ensuring clarity and preparedness. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role. Translate job requirements into effective recruitment strategies and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates. Maintain consistent, transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed about their application status. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates post-interview. Gather and respond to candidate feedback to continually improve the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and pipeline status using an ATS or HR database. Regularly update candidate profiles to ensure a resourceful database for future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Use market insights to develop effective strategies to attract and engage top talent. Ensure that recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development to enhance recruitment strategies and stay current with HR best practices Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT Non IT recruitment. Work Location : Ankushapur, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad Female candidates are preferred. Work Location : On - Site Immediate Joiners Key Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment. High level of integrity and professionalism Salary and Compensation Salary Range: 2.4 LPA - 3.6 LPA ( Based on interview performance) Benefits : As defined by the management for this position.
