Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other sources to identify suitable candidates. Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates suitability for the role and company culture. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and ensure alignment of hiring needs. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems regularly. Market Research: Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing techniques.
